1. Defective or Damaged Items:
-If customers receive defective or damaged items, they must report the issue to our Room Therapy Collective team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
-Customers may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
-Refunds or replacements will be processed upon verification of the damage.

2. Incorrect Item Received:
-If customers receive an incorrect item, they should contact our Room Therapy Collective team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
-We will arrange for the correct item to be sent, and the customer may be required to return the incorrect item at our expense.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
